Here's how Navage works!
Navage uses powered suction to:
1. Pull saline from the upper tank into one nostril, 2. Around the back of the nose, and 3. Out the other nostril  and into the lower tank.
Navage SaltPods and water create a perfectly balanced nose rinse – every time!

SaltPod capsules contain just the right amount of saline concentrate to prevent irritation caused by too much or too little salt. We’ve eliminated measuring and mess – just pop in a SaltPod and Naväge does the rest! The Naväge Nose Cleaner operates only with genuine Naväge SaltPod capsules.

Getting started is easy! The batteries are pre-installed. All you have to do is...
1. Attach the Nasal Dock to the device.      
2. Fill the upper tank with water to the Fill Line.
3. Place a new, unused SaltPod capsule in the crushing chamber, foil-side down. 4. Close the lid firmly until you hear it click shut. Do not reopen.  
New User Tip: Position the nose pillows correctly and keep your head level.
First, press the pillows in firmly to create a good seal. Once the cycle is initiated, back off a little to increase theflow. It's all about position (keep the tips centered and unblocked), andpressure (just enough to make a seal).
If a pillow tip is blocked, suction will decrease or stop, and you may get water down your throat.
Relax, smile, and stand up straight with your head level. This keeps the Nose Cleaner in the right position and allows the saline to flow freely though your nose.
Important Safety Feature: Nasal irrigation without the correct saline concentration can cause stinging and discomfort to the delicate tissue that lines the inside of the nose.
